Guild Wars 2

I just got the game and I live in Israel, so I would like to know which European server has helpful and nice people and that has the biggest community? and I want of course a server without lags so no servers from USA and other kind of stuff.
I had the chance to play the game for for couple hours and when I created a character and play it, the place where I played was quite empty.

I’ve been on quite a few of the high population European servers and would have to recommend Gandara.

It might not be the best in WvW, but it’s not the worst and has the nicest people.

Yes! I second Gandara in terms of having nice people.

Recently, I accidentally disrupted a Queensdale zerg farm and rather than have death threats made against me, the zerg said:
“Please could you wait for everyone next time?”

It was lovely how civil they were about it.

Normally, I find most zones occupied to a reasonable extent too.

In terms of PvE, yes, Gandara would be the obvious choice, however for WvW you will find that specifically those in the top 4 run in zergs/blobs. If that is not how you like playing and prefer running with guilds, then Piken Square (also the unofficial RP server for EU) is for you, if you prefer roaming/small groups I would recommend a server lower down the rankings found at http://mos.millenium.org/matchups

Didn’t the OP ask which server had the biggest community? Not which was the nicest or how great your server is. Fact since the server uncap Baruch Bay and Desolation are the only Very High pop servers therefore they are the biggest communities.

I like Aurora Glade. I’m in the guild The Mystery God Knights, we do guild missions, dungeons, WvW, SPvP etc and people are friendly.

I like Desolation, every guild I’ve joined has been very friendly and I’ve often just got in random groups doing events and chatting and it’s been fun.

You’d be silly to think that Desolation, a server that has been in T1/2 since launch, wouldn’t have one of the biggest communities.

On topic, it doesn’t matter what server you pick. All servers in T1-6 will have a fairly large prime time population. Unless you play during off-peak (since you’re in Israel you won’t be, since even 3am it will still be prime time in western Europe), you shouldn’t worry about the server you pick. They are all essentially the same.
