Which heavy armor set is this?

Sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask this, but what’s the armor set the guardian in this pic wearing? I’m most interested in knowing what helm and pauldrons they are.

Helm and shoulders are human cultural tier 2 if I’m not mistaken. Chest is from CoE, and gloves might be from AC

The helm is definitely cultural 2 for humans. Shoulders seem to be as well.
