Hi everybody,
My question is quite strange but I was wondering, when I report a bug or file a request, what is the best language ?
My game is still French, but I can write in English too without much problems. So what’s better ?
If I write in English, does it help it by not needing translators ? Or do non English requests directly go trhough translators before being read ?

TL;DR :
Is it better for the staff if I wrote those in French or English, knowing I can do both well, though I have French client ?

Écris en anglais, it’s simpler for everyone who’s gonna read it.

While they probably have a team of translators, the people who read bug reports are probably anglophones.

Ok thanks for it, did not know if it landed directly to a French team or not, depending on the language client. Will do that in future
