Which medium leg armor is this?
I believe Cultural T3
More precise, Norn T3 Cultural. It’s the same leggings that Eir wears.

race change wont happen. F’s with persanal story to much

No it doesnt, theres only personal story between like 1-40 after that its the same for everyone and those choices can just be included for you to choose in the race change, like when you create your character to choose if they are charm, diginity or berserker etc
If someone wanna racechange i doubt they really wanna play through the story and that it would be important not to miss out on it, in that case you could just make a new character.
I could make a new character, but all the money I have invested in several gear sets prevents me from that. I would rather pay 25€ for a change.

Human medium cultural T3 is also very nice and skimpy.

There is also the Vigil Leggings (if you joined the Vigil of course, though I think there is a work-around to get them without joining the Vigil). That is if you want something skimpy.

Hehe yeah, but I think the side skirt keeps it from being skimpy enough ^^

Sadly I joined the whispers, so I cant get those
Well there is always the Duelist set. Though it is not really skimpy like the others, it is form-fitting and has a laced up slit down the side. Otherwise, yeah. There is a lack of skimpy armor for Leather, unless you go Norn or Vigil.

Yeah im using those duelist already, but sometimes you want to change your appearance and theres not much to choose from
Shame the Culturals Cost a lot, and are only in the Rare catagory, The duelist set is only level 78. But, Yeah there are not to many choices to choose from in the medium bracket.
Just throwing it out there, but the Mad King medium set is a lv 80 exotic with the duelist skin. Then there’s always transmutation. Can anyone confirm if you can transmute between characters, i.e. if you had 2 characters that wore medium armor and one join the order of whispers while the other joined the vigil, could you make a set with the whispers top and vigil leggings?
One last question: What do the female light vigil leggings look like? I’ve only seen pics of toons in the full vigil garb, and I wasn’t sure whether that goofy looking skirt was actually part of the leggings or the coat…

I, too, would like to know if this kind of transmutation trick works. I would rather hear from others who have done it successfully before spending any in-game moneys.

As someone with Vigil medium pants, Whisper medium chest piece, and an engineer backpack on the same thief character … yes, yes it currently works.

Last time I used a transmutation stone, it was written clearly that transmuting would soul bind the resulting item. Are you sure it works currently ?
Worked before the Lost Shore patch. Doubt it has changed.
FYI – it has always said the resulting item would be soulbound, but (if both items weren’t already soulbound to begin with) it functions as Account Bound.
You can always test the process with a cheap-o item, like the special starter equipment (engi backpack or hats, thief hats, etc). That way you have peace of mind before you try and swap 2g pants.

Sorry not my character. Just found the look on Google while searching for the Vigil Leggings. Am curious myself though what gloves those are.
