Okay, a couple of months back I did my achievement and Did Triple Trouble by joining the TTS guild and was able to kill the Amber, Cobalt and Crimon worm. Now HoT came out and I just realized that I need to kill all 3 worms again in order to get the mastery point. I have 2 questions, 1) why do I have to kill the 3 worms again, and second, I checked TTS guild calendar and they seem to have moved on to the HoT content and ignoring the worm altogether.
I asked on the TTS guild channel on Friday as I had joined for the same reason, to get the achieves I needed. They are taking a break for a couple of weeks since so many people are doing HOT stuff.
Try getting there about 30 minutes early. I lucked into a map with a good commander Friday. We were doing pretty great but it just happened crimson was a bit too slow so I only got bronze and no achieves (the good news is I did not die this time though).
edit: As to why again … I think some achievements are bugged. It still says I have not done KQ when I have done the event several times. It gave me less mastery points than the wiki says I should have. Things I do now that give achieves (like the personal story steps) do not even show up until after I do them. All sorts of fun. So telling you to do TT again sounds like yet another symptom of that.
TT is boned without TTS because people are not intelligent enough to learn the tactics or use other skills than the 1st one in their panel, this comes from someone that only completed this event 5 times since February 2014 when it was introduced alongside the Marionette (which was 1000000 times better).
TTS will do Teq/Triple Trouble again, it just won’t be as often I think.
I know for the EU timeslot, teq/triple trouble will only be the last/4th weekend of each month. I don’t think NA or OCE have had new schedules created (I think the TTS leadership is still trying to get the schedule down).
I will have to look EVOS up. I typically like pug maps when doing a boss anyway (even though the mostly-afkitteny zergers make me want to scream at times).

That was because it was a two week break (starting from expansion release) for leaders from having to do scheduled ‘raids’ (though they could still do any if they wanted to). And hopefully NA/OCE timeslots will have their schedules up soon, so we can find out when we start doing normal ‘raids’ (teq/TT).
Yup. EVOS does it. Check LFG about 30min before the spawn time for EVOS taxi
EVOS is more pug friendly than TTS. You don’t need to join. Just look for LFG posting.
TT is easier now than before after the change to condition. EVOS’s pug group can kill pretty fast.
Not sure about other time, but I have seen lfg for 9pm and 12am EST time.
EVOS leadership had plans to cover that 9pm slot, but at least now it is not part of the daily routine run. The time covered includes 4am, 7am and 7pm of server time (the first one is 12am est).
And yes it is advisable that you show up 30 minutes early and check for pug taxi closely, as EVOS map fills real quick.
I haven’t done TTWurm since HoT-release, but I was wondering (as a Condi-guy) how the Husks are now with the breakbar. Do they spawn with a bluebar or not? Some guildie and I haven’t checked it out, but we were wondering if it’s still possible to pull them at start or not.

They have a break bar, which is roughly the same as a vet chak in TD (the only break-bar creature I tested). So pulling is dead. But it is still useful to break their bars allowing some control. Pull skills take a big chunk of the bar not enough. Either need another strong cc skill or need to use some consumables like rock or frost gun.

It’s UTC+1 at the moment. There’s a clock showing the community time on the right side of the front page of their website, so you can easily compare it your local time.

Read my first post. I just have to kill the 3 different worms for the mastery point accomplishment for each worm. As for the programming issue? Beats me. I got the “Great Jungle Wurm Slayer” title but under the bosses achievements, it says that I have to kill the 3 worms. You know what, I am going to post in the bugs forum why I didn’t get this accomplishment.

You cannot guest to EU from US. You can talk to people there but your can’t come there. It’s region-locked unless you transfer your whole account.
btw, I just did a Triple Wurm with EVOS 2 days ago, 4h after reset. I taxied with a friend when the escortings were happening and didn’t even need to right click join. I just waypointed and got in. Another friend also joined and got in after 5min spamming join.
Just try to get in 30 min early, or while the events are happening since people may crash (poor them). Just be patient and dont give up.
I agree that players who have the Wurmslayer achievement should be granted those new achievements and mastery points automatically. It was probably just an oversight that this wasn’t implemented.

I was actually waiting in bloodtide 3.25 hours after reset, 2 days ago before the event start. waited for the guy from EVOS and spammed the 5 minute join but the world was full. Now that I can’t even go to a EU Server, I guess I am up a creek without a paddle on this one. So I will probably complain to the Anet people or go other ways to get all my mastery points.
