Guild Wars 2

I’ve only started noticing this voice effect in PvE zergs fairly recently, and I’ve been playing regularly for 2+ years. Sounds a lot like a mantra being prepared, but with words used for Guardian virtues, which is peculiar. Has it always been there (and am I insane in this case?) or is it some PoF stuff seeping through via bugs/hacks?

not sure where you are getting all this so called mantra stuff from . as these skills have been in the game since the game came out .

Perhaps now guardians shout them when they activate one of them? Anyway, just disable player chatter… is pretty irritating anyway.

I’m preeeeeetty sure it’s not Mantra of Resolve on an asura, they shout different words (other than “resolve”, obviously). I’m not discounting the possibility of it actually being MoR and my ears playing tricks on me though.

It’s definitely not a warrior shout.

Are you sure you heard Justice and Courage instead of some of the above?

Its firebrands elite mantra but its bugged cause casting Renewed Focus brings this voice.

I think they fixed it cause I dont hear it anymore.

play human warrior and you will find out differently

Human warrior does not say what OP is talking about. Warrior shouts make the character say the name of the shout (ie. using “Shake it off!” makes you shout out “Shake it off!”). Plus, as was already said above, it’s the buggy audio for activating RF.
