I am waiting for Anise’s outfit for more than a month now. I’m sad.
Anet, you broke my heart.
I was sure it will be today! I had a really rough day today and I hoped this will cheer me up. :c
By the time it will hit gemstore I will lose interest in it from all this desperation to look pretty for once. xD I’m tired of it.

Maybe they are holding off on the Exemplar Outfit because they are also working on an Armor Skin version! (Please, ANet?)

Nice as that would be, I’d guess they want to space out gem store releases enough that people buy everything rather than cherrypick the “must have” and never get around to buying the other one.

Hmm I said I’d never buy an outfit once too…

Then they released the noble…..and now Balth….

As much as I would like to see the Anise attire as armor, I don’t see it happening. It’s design would lock it to a light weight, which would thoroughly kitten of some medium and heavy weight wearers. Making it an outfit allows for a greater spread of players to use it.

It’d be nice if they’re just taking extra time to make a skin version of the outfit, but surely that might be hoping too much. Never know though, they might surprise.

I’ve been waiting for that outfit since before the game release, back when they were drip feeding us screenshots of the dye system and the armors.

I thought then: “wow this is so much better than the 15k Kurzick mesmer armor”.

And what do I see when I started playing? MY armor on that kitten Anise for her exclusive use. kitten.

So please Anet, don’t make me wait anymore…

Exemplar is now in the Outfit Panel – so SOON. Anyways, from a business standpoint it makes more sense to add the item likely to be less popular first instead of releasing something everyone and their mother is going to instantly buy which helps avoid the potential for on the fence buyers of the less popular outfit to opt out instead of buying the new hotness (no pun intended) while waiting for what they really want. All I know is, if you are thinking of converting gems>gold you have a golden opportunity (also no pun!) coming up to get a lot more for your money…

Just saw the male version for Anise’s outfit, and my god it’s awesome.

But I’m slightly disappointed that we didn’t get a dress for male characters as well.

Why the Balthazar Regalia and not the Aegis of Unity Costume(((

I would love you have the Aegis of Unity back also. I wore that costume constantly in Guild Wars 1.
