Why I can't see Korean in chat?
Need more information.
Did you used to be able to see Korean in chat? I thought only a few languages were supported and Korean wasn’t one of them.

Was that ever possible? NCSoft being a korean company, there might have been exception, but in general there are a lot of national characters that are not displayable in chat window.

The game just doesn’t process eastern/asian typefaces, which is odd, since GW1 did, and they share an engine. It hasn’t worked since launch as far as im aware. Not even the Chinese version of GW2 has support for Korean/Japanese/etc.
I’ve seen people use foreign character sets. No idea if it was or wasn’t language, could just have been people inserting things made to look like language for reasons of their own.

When GW2 launched maybe 3-4 years ago, I enjoyed with many of Korean ppls with Korean in chat.
And I have solved this problem.
Large text size in chat options affect can’t show Koreans.
