Titles under one’s name are not shown in WvW as in the screenshot.

Some players have their titles shown but some do not.

Is this a bug or a setting difference?

I believe players in WvW are supposed to be somewhat anonymous, thus Titles (nor names) are not displayed there.

You can toggle (or set permanently) your name and Title for all other areas of the game in the Options panel. =)

Titles were most likely removed in WvW maps to reduce visual clutter. Especially when it comes to facing enemies or zergs, that sort of information is unnecessary.

Actually I figured out that the Titles are shown to squad members.

When one joins a squad one can see others’ titles.

Now you see it, a title, in a squad or a party ..

Now you don’t ..
