By that I mean ones such as mini risen priest of balthazar where you get it randomly from the lost orrian jewellery box. If you then happen to be lucky enough to get another you wont need it but you can’t turn it into anything else.

Not all are bound, but this one is a lil annoying. I have 2, some people have 4+ lol. Would love to toss these in mystic forge or something.

The balthazar mini was in my 3rd orrian jewellery box I ever opened. I don’t know what the odds of that are. Must be a very low drop rate.

Yeah, that would be cool. People would spend a ton of karma, trying to get them, if forging them gave them a chance to get something awesome. A legendary “Mini Zhaitan”, maybe?
