I’ve already got it, I bought the Digital Deluxe edition originally, but it’s telling me I can buy 1 more in-game.

Now I know some of the items are 1-use only, and presumably buying it would get me another of those. But it still seems strange that I can buy an upgrade I’ve already got.

Could it be because I got it before the Heroic Edition came out, so I’ve never had some of the items?

This is an anomaly that has been questioned before. No real answer was forthcoming, other than if you purchased it again (by mistake), the CS Team would refund your Gems.

Ah so they finally moved these items to the “new” system with limits. Now they just need another pass to address cases like these.

Bank Tab needs the same treatment.

I got the DD as an upgrade after the Heroic Edition came out but it still allows me to buy one more of the upgrade. If it does give you the items a second time this could be worth buying at the current price.
