Tail costume parts are really difficult to pull off. Usually either stiff and dead looking or doing repetitive animations that don’t always work with whatever position you might be in.

But it would be so worth it >..> besides, we have more than enough wings right? White wings, black wings, broken wings, holo wings, funny looking wings, metal wings in varying flavors and colors… and we have a flower, and some backpacks. Oh and some angel wings, and some flower wings, and some…continues listing back items, mainly wings

Doesn’t one of the carapace pieces have an insect tail on it?

Yeah, but those white and black wings went from dead and stiff to…insubstantial and wispy, if I remember correctly. I just don’t think they can pull it off and have it look good.

Ah phooey. I really want a fox tail and (due to candyhearts) some animal ears =D like bunny ears =D >..> Inb4 we have full animal costumes that remind all of us of playing Mario with that one weird flower than made you a fox with a human face XD

hmmmmmmmmmmmm click! what if they sell tail “back items?” that way if ppl get outfits there wont have to be a “tail attire”

I hate Asura with a passion, but could never resist playing a giant rat called Ratman, Ratboy, Cheeseburglar or something like that, that would be awesome!^^

They would clip horribly and basically be incompatible with all charr characters. Anet cant really make skins that exclude certain races because people would complain about unfair treatment. You already see complaints with skins that are designed for human races and stretched to fit asura and charr. It would be 100x worst with tails.

If they did release tails they would have to release something else specifically for charrs which costs even more time and money so its unlikely to happen.

I actually do love tails in games and have nothing against people wearing them but yeah..charrs create a huge problem with this in gw2.

Why would you want a tail? And what kind of tail? Are we adding random animal parts to humanoid things for fun? I’m so confused. Plis no fish heads on humans.

My asura cosplay of Frosch from Fairy tail is not complete without a kitty tail!
Anet we need this! I have the frog hat and a full pink/white setup close to the suit that Frosch wears but i still miss the tail
and a the best wings (thou we have never seen Frosch wings) are the holowings on it.

I only play asuras, but would love matching onesie’s to go with all my fuzzy hats <3

I just wanted a tail because I was tired of getting wings. And because they can clearly make them (see Charr). But I hate playing as Charr. So on so forth with the reasoning. That and Elf ears because one of my favorite characters EVER is an elf.

If you want animal tails and ears, you can go to play any generic anime style MMO (or pick a Charr). Guild Wars 2 is not one of them, thank you.

As someone who is willing to run around with a tail on in real life, I’m glad for this. Only three reasons a GW2 character should be sporting a tail:

1. They’re a charr (or some future race with tails, like Tengu)
2. Norn using a racial elite.
3. Using a tonic/Heart/skritt burglar transformation

No other reason!

Capes! We want capes!

If you want a tail that badly, tie a towel to the back of your belt and run around your house that way to get your tail fix. Heck, go shopping that way if you want. No tails in game though unless your char is a Charr.

You don’t have to be a “furry” to like tails.

They would (or could) just be a fun addition.

I feel like it’s impossible to like anything for an innocent reason, these days.

I’m almost sure that people already have naughty thoughts, tails or no tails.

Not me of course. My thoughts are as pure as the driven snow. Not a single naughty thought in my head. (Hides naughty magazine under pillow) I was just reading that for the articles. Honest.

That is a question I’d like to ask from anyone who bought them…

This is the type of Korean MMO cosmetic junk that totally breaks immersion and ruins any unique art design a game might have. So why not? They already ruined everything forever with those huge wings.
