Guild Wars 2

The title is not enough to express how bad is what is happening. Ill explain, because i want everyone to know whats wrong, and if anyone can help me deal with this, i thank you in advance.

Last night a problem ocurred with my ISP, and to fix it they had to change my IP.
Today, as i was trying to login from this new IP, in the forums, and it asked for an authentication, saying that i had to click the link provided in my email. I did so. Then, i tried to play the game, but i was not allowed. Again,it asked for… authentication!!! A new email was sent, i clicked, then the game allowed my new IP. Again. Then, i tried to make this very same topic, BUT AGAIN i was asked to authenticate. I failed because now there is a million links to click on my email and im lost in the middle of them. Its the authentication version of mesmer clones, you cant find the real one.
Then, i tried to play again. AGAIN it asked me to, you guess it, authenticate!!!!
Now every time i want to login, either ingame or forums, i have to sort out through my emails to find the one to click. The IP is still the same for all this login attempts which supposedly has beem allowed the very first time, but i need to repeat this stupid process all the times. This makes it unplayable. If every time i want to play i need to authenticate, this is a sheety service. This is too much. The game is riddled with bugs. The forum is riddled with bugs. Your authentication sistem is crap. What security is this?? I payed for this game in April, way before the game was released, i i so much regret it now!!! Ive never seen anything like this before. Too bad to be true. And truely infuriating. I want this fixed. This is unacepptable. Mr Mike O’Brien, before the game released, said to the press that “GW is not a product, its a service”. Well, this is the worst service of all times. This complaint is gonna be repeated add aeternum until its fixed. I dont want to authenticate every time i wanna login. Either ingame or forums. Its gonna be published in other fansites,. Its gonna be screenshoted. It already is. Its gonna be saved in word so that i dont need to type all this crap again.

I’m going to put myself in the line of fire here: Have you seen the little checkbox that said “remember this IP”?

If you want help so badly, contact support instead of insulting and calling them stupid.

Well personally I got this for about 12 times, remembered ISP each time, and now it never occurs.

Just keep remembering. Sooner or later they’ll go away.

Actually, this authentication system helps me sleep at night.

Yes i have, its in remember by default. When i authenticate, after checking it goes immediately to game.
crusader: no support here, this is so stupid it deserves to be chanelled… and its not insulting, its the truth, its the most stupid thing ever. If ure happy with the poor service this is, i guess its OK to you, by i wanna vent my huge frustration. The IP had to change due to a malfunction in the sistems,prolly coz of last nights bad weather, but now that its fixed, and i have a new IP, it shouldnt work this way. One authentication, one click in “I allow this IP”, should be more than enough. This is ridiculous. I have standards. If all the bugs ingame satisfy you, well, it doesnt satisfy me…. If This game had a complaints book (like all proper sevices), it would be filled in a minute by all the unhappy customers, believe me.
