Title says it all. Since HoT, I’ve had to login to view the forums and look at patch notes. Is this going to revert back to how it used to be?

You are requested to login because you still have a session active. The session is however invalid, so it wants you to re-login. Clear your cookies, run your browser in private mode or I guess you could try logging out.

I don’t have to login.

The forum has always been buggy. Sometimes it won’t let you read without logging in, sometimes it will.

Maybe it’ll be fixed when they finally get someone to look at the forum search bug as well.

I’ve never once had to login just to view the forum. Heck of a strange bug, I guess.

I get this all the time if I login to post and don’t click logout. Next time I visit the forums, they see my expired login and won’t let me even view them. I just always try and remember to click logout.

Clear your browser cache.

Never had to login either.
