Anyone i need some help .
Why i dont get EXP from crafting (EXP number highlighted in RED).

or EXP crafting per character??

You get character EXP when you level up with crafting, not when you gain crafting EXP.

There are 2 types of exp. Crafting exp and leveling experience.

You get crafting experience (the thing you circled) for every item you craft.

You get leveling experience (yellow bar that your arrow is pointing to) for every crafting LEVEL you gain. crafting levels go from 0-500 and if you complete all 500 crafting levels you will gain 10 leveling levels. the lower levels of crafting are worth less leveling exp, while the higher levels are worth more.

Hope that was clear enough.

but my other character is level 1-80 by crafting 8 station

But character exp is stuck

When the bar fills up, and the numbers change to the next levels you get character xp. That’s how the game works. Take a picture of that happening and you should see the difference.
