It should be.

Possibly because it will require a different animation (a sitting animation) than the current gliding animation. It will require extra work and possibly they don’t want to bother with it at this time when there’s other gliders they can sell for the same number of gems but less work to make.

It really should be, and so should the broom – I so wanna see my Charr surfing though the air~

I might be inclined to buy the magic carpet if it were a glider skin. Currently no intention of ever buying a glider skin, or the magic carpet in its current functionality.

For the broom, I was thinking more along the lines of Quidditch re-enactments.

My guess is because it was released long before we got the ability to glide, but it’d be neat if they added it as a glider skin too.

The magic carpet doesn’t use helicopter blade sto fly but uses the same technology as the Lexus skateboard.
