I honestly do not understand the change to the daily’s. Before I just played, if I happened to hit my daily accomplishment, great! It was something of a reward, nothing I really paid attention to though.

Now though we have a list to tick off, gotta make sure I get that box checked! Last time I checked that sounds something like a job, a grind as it were. The dodge and underwater slayer specifically are something of a joke. Now you purposefully look for a mob that you can just dodge over and over to get that box checked? Were not enough people participating in underwater combat, and you had to “force” people into it?

Were too many people getting the Karma Jugs, and you felt you had to put a stop to that? Its not as if you are able to acquire top of the line gear with Karma after all. Perhaps there is some use for Karma points of which I am not aware.

I honestly cannot fathom a reason for this change at all.

I’ve barely noticed it. I play the game just as I would normally. All the bars get filled up except gathering, which is exactly as it was before. The difference now is that people still fill the need to log in and complete a daily, and the challenges actually require you to be playing the game, weird.

I love the new daily achievements. Especially the February monthly! I’m actually going to get my first monthly achievement.

The dailies, I used to have to go out and try and finish it on purpose. I had to find the different variety and do different things on purpose. Now, the daily just happens naturally as I play and I don’t have to worry about it anymore.

I get that not everyone is going to see every aspect of the game the same way, but I think the new dailies are great. I don’t find them grindy in any way.

I mean, how easy is it to hit F and talk to the laurel vendor? And that part of the daily. Awesome.

…Why? Nothing happens if you don’t… They didn’t add a punishment for not completing dailies. They just added better rewards for those that do complete them.

Are you honestly so feeble minded that just having a check box forces you to do something you didn’t want to?

If you don’t want to do the thing then don’t. The exact same thing happens now that happened before: nothing.
