Why weapon effect don't affect on backpack?

Just like my The Juggernaut + Polu-luminesent Undalating Refractor make my character look golden but without backpack.
I wish weapon and upgrade components visual effect on backpack one day.

With bifrost and holo dragon wings i get… Rainbow colored holo wings with aura, that would Be cool
