I don’t know. In any case if they have a presence there their presence won’t be big. Don’t expect a big announcement this year.

I skimmed over the Pax South schedule and didn’t see anything labeled ANet, though I also didn’t painstakingly make sure I took in every word. I can’t find a list of presenters/merchants, which would make it easier.
Likely by now ANet themselves would have tweeted or posted about planning to be there and wanting to meet with fans. So probably not other than individual employees going as attendees.
