I find that it’s a lovely focus but one of the few that has no real effect except for large music notes- that are barely noticeable.
Now this is purely cosmetic – when I crafted it and found myself kinda shrugging it off – ‘visual-wise’

I hope this Legendary is not done being developed.

Honestly, Minstrel is fine how it is. What is it with people and visual effects covering their screen?

The Minstrel should just really have the new harp instrument skills included.

No it shouldn’t. No Legendary should have an effect that is completely unparalleled to other Legendaries. Also why I’m completely against Juggernaut changing armor colour.

Especially when you consider it makes a gem store item completely redundant for some players.
