Will Tribal Armor Return?

Since the wardrobe update that removed the PVP locker, you have been unable to obtain the Tribal armor set. Is this a deliberate change, or an oversight?

The devs have said that the Tribal armor set and other similar armors which were previously PvP-exclusive and now unavailable will be added back in sometime. Who knows when, though.
