For the sorry returners that missed all living story 3 content, will there be a bundle where we can purchase all episodes? Im also asking cuz I think in pre HoT there was a similiar sale, but I cant remember by how much? I already unlocked 2 episodes so I only have a handful left, which may be the same price anyway

When HoT released, I think it included LS S2. (LS S1 can’t be released for technical reasons.)

Heart of Thorns did not include Living World Season Two. Season Two was sold in a bundle at 20% off.

I suspect Season Three will also be sold in a bundle with the same discount.

Of course, only time will tell.

The complete pack for season 2 dynamically adjusted its price to only include the episodes you had missed and is 20% less than buying the episodes individually. It was released around 3 months after the final episode, or 2 months after HoT was officially revealed.

It’s very likely that there will be a similar package for season 3, but you’ll likely need to wait a few months.

I’d be very surprised if they don’t release a discount pack for Season 3. I assume they’ve had to wait until all the episodes were released because it saves constantly updating it as new episodes are released. (And because it’d be pretty annoying if you bought the bundle, then missed another episode and had to buy it at full price.)

I also think it’d be a good idea for them to do a kind of “GW2 Complete Edition” at some point. Or maybe “The story so far”. Something with the base game, HoT and Seasons 2 and 3 all in one bundle.

I think it’d help counter some of the periodic shock and indignation from new and returning players when they find out they have to buy all this stuff separately. If I’m looking at a new game and I see some sort of bundle edition it makes it pretty obvious other versions are going to only have some of that and I should find out which one/s I want before buying.

I also assume they will offer a pack. When however might not be until launch of the expac, as ep 6 likely stays free until then.
