Hey A-net.

Been trying to get into the Winter Wonderland jumping puzzle for half an hour now, it constantly kicks me out because it’s full?

It’s quite frustrating seeing you want to do these things for items, daily etc.

Make more instance servers for this?

Yah, its rather annoying.

I’ve literally never seen an activity not let me in because its “full” in all the other time I’ve been playing GW2, and I’ve been here since almost the beginning. Its very odd. I’m not sure if they just didn’t anticipate it would be so popular and cut resources for it intentionally or if its some sort of bug where the server for some reason isn’t creating new instances.

Either way, its something that needs to be addressed by Anet, because with the puzzle being deemed the “best present farming method” widely across places like Reddit and in-game, its not likely interest will die down until people start getting enough drinks for their shoulders (and even then, you have all the people farming for presents to sell instead).

There’s quite a few threads on this very topic. I suggest contributing to them rather than trying to start a new one next time.
