So a year later, the winter’s presence still doesn’t work with outfits, which makes wardrobe very frustrating especially for heavies. There are so many paid outfits in the gem store, you would think Anet would make them mutually inclusive.

I think either make it work with outfits or maybe make it into a helm or even infusion. Not sure what Anet’s position is on this matter.

that’s because it’s an item skin, and all item skins are hidden when you use an outfit. it’s an outrage that people have complained about since day 1 but anet has yet to even give their stance on the matter.

Popular consensus: Make effects auras that can be equiped in a seperate slot.
current auras would include:
Wintersday Presence
Nightfury
Glowth from Gorseval and some others
Beehive
Chack Spores (whatever they were called)
