What exactly is wrong with this jumping puzzle? whats the point of it? first you get two timers shoved down your throat, one is the disappearing snowflakes but just to make sure that you will fail maximum amount of times a degen is placed on your health.

Exactly how is this fun and joyous as befitting the season???

Not to mention at the present part at a jump everyone else seems to succeed at i get hit in midair with a slow and always come short of the jump, also the hamhanded slap to “master” this by succeeding 15 times? what were you thinking?

I dont think you need that Chivo, mostly just need to do it 3 times. My only annoyance is the present part since it really seems to just be pure luck.

I agree. I really hate this JP. There’s nothing even remotely fun about it.

i read somewhere that the present disappear in a fixed way or something, there are like what, 50-60 presents there, either you memorize the pattern they disappear in or what, just go for it and hope for the best?
Anet sure knows how to really rip away skill requirements and make it all about being lucky, either youre a savant with an eidetic memory or someone who gets 5 precursors in a row from the mystic toilet, well done once again anet, urinating on your clients.

It takes time. Sometimes a lot of time. Took me a few hours to get it the first time, but if you keep at it, you’ll get better, and it feels really good to finally complete. The presents are semi-random I believe and there’s a usually safe way to do them. Good luck!

I think it’s fun and its not hard at all. and the present part is easy. I found a path in 2 tries, just pay attention.

This is another JP I’ve never been able to complete (and boy have I tried). The snowflakes, yes, are on a timer, but as long as you start the path when they start popping for a fresh run and just keep moving (similarly to the Halloween puzzle), you can pretty easily make it to the first check point. It took me a while, but I eventually got that part of it. Its the kitten disappearing presents (and my jump randomly deciding to not work) that kills me every time. Havent made it past there yet.

Don’t look at me like that. Whatever you’ve heard, it’s probably not true.

I wanted the new snowy shoulder skin… until I saw it required the jumping puzzle to be completed not once, but three times. I can’t even do it one time – I have failed every single year (same with the halloween one). I will never have the shoulder skin.

It’s way more about memory than skill. A big problem with the puzzle is it punishes people for being careful and methodical. If I turn the mouse too fast I miss a jump, if I release prematurely because I’m not accustomed to chill then that cost ya, my spacebar and mouse buttons might wear out too much at this rate :(

it took me over 2 hours to get the mad kings clock tower, took me like 20 minutes to first complete this one. The snowflakes part is easy, the part after the presents is easy, and the presents part is a bit harder but it’s just a matter of getting it down. Tip: go in as straight of a path up it as possible

The JP 3x is far easier and less painful than 10k alchohol.

Gotta get in touch with your inner Ninja. I still hate the gift jump part~ you’ll generally almost always fail if someone jumps a second before you, otherwise you can rush up center. Action Camera makes it a lot easier this year for me though since it lets you turn much easier.
Alchohol is just a pure grind moneysink and pretty much sets it on the same level as Nightfury for cost. If you’re super rich already then it’s no problem then. I’ma poor boi.
