After Halloween and last years festivals, what did you expect?
Copy paste festival content and one or two items that require such grind that the developers would not even do, this is the new Guild Wars II norm.

The very least they could do is update these gifts with some good rewards and offer some good rewards too.

This feels like a “leadership” doesn’t care issue… Players spend 1-3 years in support of the company and this is what we are given?
Especially worse that players plunkered down a ton of cash for HoT and this is the nice year end thanks we all get…
