Guild Wars 2

What I would love to see being implemented to the guild tab:

• Current online character names and level (next to their usernames)
• Hard(er) to obtain achievement popups from guildmates
• Inspect gear, costume(s) and traitline
• Guild Event Calendar (thanks, DragonWhimsy)

Please feel free to add more or comment on my wishlist

-An event calendar (that you can invite guildies and non-guildies to events, and not only does it mark in on that player’s calendar if accepted, but it sends them an in-game mail the day of the event reminding them).

As a former guild leader in WoW, I saw attendance of guild events increase dramatically after the implementation of that feature in that game.

Yes, I know guild sites usually have an event calendar, but those just don’t get player’s attention even a fraction of the amount that an in-game event calendar does.

GvG would increase the cooperation among guild mates and also could be a nightly event of some sort

This is something I would love to see. It can sometimes be difficult to round up and contact guildies aside from the ones I’m actually friends with irl, and having an event calendar would make it so much easier, especially with reminder mails. I would love to be able to organize events in game.

I’m also pretty sold on Guild Halls and GvG being added in at some point. This doesn’t really affect me, but it seems like a lot of people would really like these features, and it would give something to play around with a bit even though I’m not interested in active GvG on a personal level. I’m behind it because of the number ofpeople that seem to want it and it wouldn’t impact my personal play at all.

I don’t want to see achievements pop up for every little thing. Maybe specific achievements which are hard to get and rarely happen. Like, I don’t want to see 150 popups of daily gatherer, but it would be cool to see someone get Golden, or Dungeon Master.
