Yes and while you are at it separate the cooldowns between land and water.

For example I see no reason at all that if my engi runs towards a body of water and uses Rocket Boots (utility slot 1) to get into that water a little bit quicker, that once he is in the water his Bomb Kit (again utility slot 1 – this time for water) is all of a sudden on cooldown because he used Rocket Boots. What is the reasoning behind this? Please do tell……

I suppose that’s so you can’t pull a stronger enemy close to the water and hop in and out repeatedly to abuse cooldowns. Not that I can think of anything worth doing that for.

Oh I’m pretty sure anet are smart enough to have the land skill still be on cooldown without it effecting the water one so that this kind of abuse didn’t happen. Example you get into water you can use your water skill, get out to abuse, sorry but your land skill is still on cooldown.

I guess it kind of make sense but they could easily fix this with just a small amount of effort I’m sure.
