I see the infamous Wizard Hat that people were complaining about being “Exclusive” to new purchaser’s of the Deluxe Edition is now listed in the black lion TP for free for everyone it looks like….guess they need to change their ad https://www.guildwars2.com/en/wizard-promo/ or else the new players might complain…just saying lol

Don’t see a problem, its free for X amount of days then becomes exclusive just like the Celebration hat.

it should be “Exclusive” to new players. i dont mind that hat but this is false advertise. feel sorry for new comers.

just wanted to thank the complaint thread. because you want to whine about it, it became less exclusive and more people will have it(myself included lol)

Both offers will likely be taken down after some time just like the other hats. Will be rather exclusive then.

The Wizard’s Hat is Gandalf’s hat, and cannot be dyed. The new GW2 ad is displayed before the Hobbit.
