Guild Wars 2

Is this a new raid ? or a new guildhall?
I see an 80 sign way up there on the world map and wonder what it is?
Or is this a dev Oopsie?

and if guild hall how do you get to it?

The level 80 sign is the location of the 4th raid wing. The name you see there is just the name of that general area, you can find more of those on the map.

These were driving me nuts so I just formed a solo squad and went in to map them out.
