Words without a meaning
Favorism
Yep. That one definitely doesn’t have a meaning.

lol, thanks:D
Pointless thread is pointless?
That list all have specific meaning.
Words that really have not much of meaning are:
Good.
Bad.
Those words have no meaning before you give examples of what’s good and what’s bad.
Some of those words have meanings with constantly shifting goalposts though. If everyone is going to interpret them differently, for all practical purposes, they’re useless for conversation.
I don’t understand the point of this thread. It’s like they’re trying to be me by attempting to not let any words have power over them but failing miserably.

It’s always useful when an OP gives some thoughts and reasons on what he is trying to say and not than just a flat statement, which is not really useful for discussion. I guess how to set up and frame a topic for debate isn’t taught in all schools.
Yes they do, the ones that are words at least, as well as the abreviation (which stands for “random number generator”).
“Play how I want” has possible meanings depending on whether the “I” is the designer or the player, and possibly some other factors.
“Pay to win” still has a definition, just one that is slightly less clear than the others. It means that by paying one could get an advantage over others, it’s just the size of the advantage required to qualify that is subjective (I’d say any advantage no matter how small qualifies (yes, that includes strength/armor boosters)).
Strategery
Add “toxic” to the list. Remove RNG though, that one is not assigned different meanings by diferent people (it’s just some people can’t do math and don’t know how probability and statistics work, but that’s something else).
Remember, remember, 15th of November
They all have clear meaning, they are just subjective. Grinding is the same definition fo everybody for exemple. But a particular aspect of the game can be view as a grind of not, mostly if you like it or not.
I’ll take “Threads Without a Point” for 600
Shouldn’t the title be, “Words that mean different things to different players”?
I disagree that those all have a “clear meaning”….they may have clear “definitions”, but what they really mean to each individual can be worlds apart (mostly due to perspective of the individual).
I do agree that I don’t really see the point to pointing out words can have multiple meanings…..
Fate is just the weight of circumstances
That’s the way that lady luck dances
