The above difficulties are just for the players with access to actually completing these events. I have guested to servers that completed Jormag with 10 people and it would seem like a server that can only squeeze out these low numbers are going to find world bosses to be un-killable; and, from what I understand, there is a lot servers with this particular problem.
Ok, good point about crit immunity. However, the final burn phase on the severed worm heads requires maximum dps, including crit.
Also, if class damage is getting nerfed 15-25% for most classes, then the timers are going to be a real problem for a lot (if not most) groups that can currently complete the fights.
