Guild Wars 2

I have a level 80 on Underworld and I want to move to Desolation

I have few questions
- if I delete my character do I retain my account wallet and bank contents?
- if I delete my character, is the transfer free?
- will my account wallet and bank contents move world even without characters?

If you delete all your characters, you can trasfer for free. But you have to delete them all.
Your account wallet and bank stay with you…however any guild influence or the guild bank will not.

So if you have a personal guild bank, empty it first.
