There has to be a way for a server to come up from points. I mean if a server landslides in points, how can the other servers attempt a comeback?

In b4 I’m mad (actually no, I’m on a winning server but is bored because of no competition).

Please Area-net, think of a way to counter this problem.

The reason WvW matches are so short right now is because ANet is trying to iron out the very thing you described; there are a lot of servers, and with three-server combat, it gets a little tricky to balance them and figure out which server groups will be even matches for each other.

Give it a little time. When you see WvW matches increasing in how many days they run, you know they’re getting closer, that you’re getting closer, to a fair match.

I have to agree somewhat. I don’t see such matches lasting two weeks as being fun. There is little hope for my server to overcome the new higher group we’ve been thrown into. We’re basically stuck in a losing situation for two weeks. It’s too much time to wait when it comes to a game, in my opinion.

The match-ups do not currently last two weeks, Eochaidh. While ANeT is working on balancing out WvW, they do matchups every few days.

I prefer it when we are losing to be honest, I love going in and taking supply bases, assaulting Dolyaks, especially knowing you are one step ahead of the zerg and if you make one mistake you are toast.

this is only really effective if you have a bit of a zerg of your own though willing to assault towers/keeps while you keep them busy.
