Guild Wars 2

So I was reading the Asura forums, and they had a little topic about an Asura only guild, and Tarnished Coast came up as a place full of racially themed guilds and role play.

Now I’ve been on Devrona’s Rest since the start, chose the name completely at random, and I haven’t moved once yet. But the RPer in me from some of the other MMOs I’ve played is starting to kick in, and I’m looking for a place that has some decent Role Play going on. Anyone care to help?

I believe TC has been named the unofficial RP server by the RP community. I havent seen any other server mentioned for RPing.

…isn’t Tarnished Coast always full though?

As a denizen of (and very occasional RPer on) Tarnished Coast, there are a lot more options than just “racially themed” guilds over here. We’ve got plenty of your bog-standard “mercenary troupes” and “pirate crews” as well as some pretty clever concepts.

My own guild (Realm) is a hybrid guild, the RP backstory of which is focused around its religious fanatic leader (my description, not his) and drawing the attention of the gods back to Tyria by way of WvW victories.
