Hello, i just accidentally bought the green glowing mask instead of a red glowing mask. Would it be possible to exchange it for the red one? It was a misclick, the item is still in the mail and i have not yet equipped it. If anyone could help thatll be great thanks

Probably, especially if you don’t ever take it from your mail. Contact support about it.

Submit a ticket, there’s a section there for “Gem Store Refund”. They’re usually really cool about it as long as you haven’t used the item.

Typically they’ll refund the gems and request that you delete the item or do it in the reverse order. I just finished getting a refund for the Harvesting/Logging flutes because I didn’t like them.

Keep in mind, though, that it’s not a sure thing.
