What exactly were they doing to make you think they were bots. Is the only proof you have that they moved like bots?
I really don’t see how it could effect server scores as these bots would easily be destroyed by any capable group of a few people.

Would be a problem if WvWvWvWvWvW becomes full and you have to que up for WvWvWvWvWvWvW because bots are taking up the space you should be in.

That’s not the way bot teleporting works. The worst that will happen is they just teleport away when the program tells them to.

They port to x location, the program presses f to gather mats, and then on a timer it ports them to the next place they need to be. It doesn’t and can’t port them, use xyz combo, dodge, down whoever they’re fighting and then port away. There is no possible way that a bot could fight to the degree a human can in an online game.

I have noted this a lot. We all know the ways out of trouble. If you’re solo and run into a group you can quick WP out. But a lot of people don’t know about it and honestly aren’t quick enough to do it
Yet over the last 2 weeks it has been so frequent, I have been wondering if people are bottinf in wvw. I have seen groups “WP out”. When im in a group and meet another we stay and fight unless seriously out numbered. By group I meam around 5 people. It is a growing issue.

I’d assume they are not retro-bots running in circles killing mobs that come in range, so that leaves us with porting bots.

So you saw something like this,yet didnt make any shots or vids ? Tell me how do you know they are bots and not just a group of people on ts stacking together ? There is no reason for bots to be in wvwvw,there is nothing to gain for them instead of being even Easier to report by other people.The goldselling/farming bots do not go to wvwvw,im 100% sure of that since it would be an illogical thing to do when they can hang around in deserted places in the pve map and use the node teleporting.I do not know what youve seen,but i think you’re wrong and something like this needs to be shot or frapped before making such accusations.

Yes, the team is aware of the presence of bots in WvW as well and fighting against them since the beginning as a priority. We would like to ask you to keep on reporting those fellows as soon as you see them, through the in-game reporting tools (screenshots and vids to Customer Support are also a possibility) as this helps us effectively.
