I bought the skin, I thought it has a cool design, but it has one problem, the red parts can’t be dyed out, could you please add a channel so we can recolor it? It seriously diminishes the possible combinations of this nice mask!

You’d probably be best off either A) contacting support and asking for a refund, or just live with it.

I can’t remember any other item that they did it for and for that one, they changed the hat from undyeable to one dye channel covering everything.

There are a lot of outfits and gliders (among other skins) I won’t buy, because the dye channels are …awkward. I feel that most outfits only have two useful channels and a lot of gliders have half a channel (in the sense that you can only use half the dyes, without garish contrasts).

In other words, I agree with the OP: I wish they would ‘fix’ the dye channels.

Logged on just to vouch my support for OP’s suggestion; please ANet could you add an option for us to dye the current red color only sections on the mask?

It’s such a creepy and awesome mask and I would love to experiment more with the colors, thanks.

if they do anything it will be to dye it themselfs and volia have people pay another 400 for green then blue etc
