I agree. Thieves should generate Initiatives at higher rate because it makes combat more fun!

Lightning whip nerf really sucks.

They didn’t nerf it. They buffed it and fixed a exploit at the same time.

They reduce the cast time by 17% and decreased the dmg by 10%. Overall its a buff. And they needed to fix the LW exploit obviously.

Ppl have a hard time to read. They buff LW. They decrease the casting time by 17%, but nerf the dmg by 10%. Overall its a buff.

I’m happy with almost all changes (the resurrection skills will still be garbage) and some will need to be tested to see (mainly Guardian Shield, I hope this to be at least a viable/usable weapon).

But and the traits? I think that only 1 trait (Thief) is going to be modified. All classes have a lot of useless traits. This must be looked at, urgently.

I know, right? We that play necros could get more mobility out of polishing our routers than that change’ll offer us, but hey! Its like getting half of a pair of socks for a holiday present – its the thought that counts. :P

Yeah I was confused about that reasoning also because with trait and boon duration, we can already maintain Locust Swarm indefinitely.

I don’t see anything about an adrenaline compromise so that it doesn’t disappear instantly the second I drop my foe. Was hoping for 5-6 seconds maybe – time to reach another opponent without having to start from scratch. But I guess my Warrior will remain sidelined. (Sigh. Memories of when they destroyed my Dervish.)
