Hello Yak’s Bend! ^^

I was wondering if there is any guild that is interested in grouping up to slay Tequatl on Yak’s Bend? I know there are many here who has yet to slay Tequatl on account that their time is valuable and cannot spend their time waiting in a specific overflow to get the kill. Also I am sure many of you can agree that it is more exciting to kill Tequatl with friends and guildmates and many are often put off by the hurdle of squeezing into the same overflow.

If you are a Yak’s Bend guild interested in killing Tequatl even if it is only once or twice a week our guilds could meet up then feel free to send me a tell in game or send me a letter! I look forward to hearing from you! ^^

Why don’t you join guilds such as TTS. I help run their Tequatl fights over the course of 5 full overflows going at the same time.

Also you can send me a mail in-game I am one of the leaders. This is a cross-server guild (we are at 7 full guilds now). We organize to get tequatl down in overflows so any person from any server can join.

I already run with TTS but while you guys are a great & dedicated guild not everyone in my guild is able to spend over an hour waiting around to kill Tequatl due to real life reasons. Since I run with you guys I know for a fact that your multiple overflows fill very quickly and would be nearly impossible for a large group to all get into the same overflow to do Tequatl together.

For some the main enjoyment is not just the kill itself but to play & defeat content with their guildmates and friends. But I thank you for the offer.

Each of them are unofficial but recognized somewhat by Anet as the community site of that server.

I’ve started some assaults in the Yaks Bend main server these past 2 weeks on the weekends, but have proven unsuccessful so far, since most of Yaks Bend aren’t experienced with jumping waves or having as much fire elementals like TTS has.

I plan on trying again tomorrow and on Sunday, at around 6-8pm EST, depending on what time Tequatl’s timer resets. Please contact me if you plan on participating, as I could always use more help in setting up for the battle.

Btw, I was using TTS tactics for the last few of my assaults. I think our next attempts will have to be melee though, to make up for our lack of dps with not having as much fire elementals.
