Direct Song must be wiped from “Partners and sponsors” page and GW2 OST needs to be removed from shop.

Year ago I ordered GW2 OST from Direct Song and still can’t get my order or refund. Of course its my fault, I must to take my money back in 1 month via PayPal, but decided to trust vendor. I wrote a ticket to DS support, last answer was in april, 2013. Now they are not responding. IDK what happened to Direct Song, maybe they’re all dead, but can Arena Net remove link for OST, ’cause Direct Song is bad vendor? Or at least to help to get the order or refund… I know that you are not responsible for vendors, but if you can help those like me, it would be great.

They might be contractually obligated to link it. I hope not. DirectSong was perhaps the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had and I got my cd’s (a week after launch rather than a month before, but by now I know how lucky I was).
