1) You dodge roll off a cliff edge while fighting a boss

2) You play the mystic forge and are left wondering where your 1000g went

3) You finally get your armorsmithing to 500 to make ascended armor… for your mesmer

4) You go on an adventure in WvW…only to find yourself being kittened by 100’s of enemies

5) You click on “leave party” instead of “kick from party”.

6) After 15 hours of playing, you realize you can actually run

7) You sell your precursor at a merchant

Lol, I am glad these things never happened to me (ok, maybe the 1st one happened long time ago)

I’ve dodge-rolled off a platform in uncategorized fractal…does that count?

i’ve “burning retreated” off of so many ledges whilst fighting someone/something that its not even funny anymore…

First one happens to me all the time in Skyhammer I also made about 10 +5 power infusions for my thief without knowing most slots were defensive …

I was fighting some bandits once and spamming pistol 3. Swapped to shortbow, hit skill 3………. and leaped backwards off of a cliff and died.

I meant to do that >.>

Yup, done this. (Sadly, more than once)

Never done this. Gods I wish I had 1000g…

Just lofl! No aint done this one either, but it does sound like something someone I know would do (cough myhusband cough)

Or better yet, clicking on a party member’s portrait for a different option and accidentally hitting ‘kick from guild’ Yup, that’s caused some hard feelings lol.

I’ve never had a precursor, but I can imagine that would be a terrifying experience. I’m so glad we have the buy back option.

This should happen to longbow rangers more often. XD

Granted, I play one (vulnerability spam build), but I don’t spam LB4.

You tag up for a guild bounty event to show where the bounty is and then you press “Leave Party” instead of “Leave [squad]”…. Bit awkward to ask for the people to reinvite you in your party…

I hear you. Ranger is one of my main toons and I play a LB on her much of the time. I see other LB Rangers spamming #4 as soon as it’s off CD and I don’t really understand it. Although to be fair, I see a lot of GS Mesmers spamming #5 for no clear reason. Rangers aren’t the only one…

I would have thought I’d have rolled off a cliff during a fight by now, but in three years I’ve been OK, even with thief shortbow and burning retreat. I shadowstepped off cliffs in WoW a few times.

I’ve also definitely wandered a borderlands map only to encounter a large blob of red named foes who happily slaughtered me.

I’ve done this more than I’d have thought I would. I’ll take a drink or something, return my hand, and start strafing and casting a spell instead of moving where I want to go.

Flamethrower engineer. By the remnants of the tank-blasted gods, when I’m greatswording, inevitably some Engi gets skittish about an evil minion getting within range 600 and feels I’m not supposed to be hitting things anymore.

Not quite what happens to me in GW2, but it happens all the time when I swap between games with QWER and 1234 activation controls. (Namely, HotS and Diablo 3):
“ARG WTH WITH THIS LAG AND- oh, fingers are one row off alignment again. Oops.”

Disconnected my keyboard unintentionally while leading a zerg in the middle of an epic battle…trying to do the nae nae through the enemy forces using only my mouse.

Doing pvp in Foefire when I shout to my teammates “Rush Lord now, OMW”. Only it was in mapchat not team chat. So there two tough looking Charr and a thief waiting for me at the door when I arrived. Yeah I messed up.
