Hello Arena net, This account is perma banned for action involved in gold selling.

The only thing I did was reporting a mail from a gold seller with inside one copper, this probably have triggered some of your control systems.

Now, after the rage moment, I got some questions.

HOW you verify that the account you ban are REALLY involved in the gold- buying / selling …. and HOW can I demonstrate that is not justified ?

Is a software that decide ?

Have you created a ticket with support? That’s your best chance for an explanation and a solution to your problem. You won’t get an answer here.

All they will reply you here is to send them a ticket. Which you would have done by now if you were serious.

The funny part is that I left the copper inside the mail, in the mail box.

If you left the copper in the mail and other people are having the same problem, maybe it’s a bug?
