Your game is dead here's why.
I don’t know if the game is actually dead and if these are the reasons for it, if indeed the game is losing more and more players….but it’s quite a list of hacks that I can’t imagine being good for a game.

Wow thats a huge list of hacks. Are you sure they all exist and work?
If they do it is really bad for the game, specially for WvWvW and sPvP.
I still have hopes that is not so bad as it looks.

I get the feeling (but correct me if I am wrong) that you run into a lot of hackers/exploiters :P
CoD had similar exploits though (like being able to get under the floor) and that was a console game that got fixed. So when I am sure these things will get fixed soon enough!

I can’t be sure they all work as I haven’t and won’t try any 3rd party software, but I have witnessed enough of them to know that a good majority of them are still working.
This will soon disappear as do all threads citing Anets horrendous incompetence….but you are right, on any other MMO i play Anet and GW2 are a laughing stock, hacks are being advertised everywhere you look, but that is the least of this games problems.
Anet should not only be embarrassed, they should be ashamed of themselves.
did you test these all yourself or did you believe the Almighty Google that they worked?
I can make a website claiming I have a found a crystal skeleton in my backyard – doesnt mean aliens exist. Don’t get me wrong, I have no doubt there are a few hacks out there. Where there are games, there are hackers. But I doubt the problem is big enough to go dramaqueening like this over.

I can also find proof that the world will end in 11 days on google. The fact that you find hacks for GW2 via google doesn’t mean they actually work, or still work.
The guardian you saw can just as well be rendering issues. In jumping puzzles I sometimes see other players fall off and then suddenly “teleport” back to where they were.

Exactly lol, it got fixed, and I’m sure within a reasonable time frame, many games that I play have had hacking and exploiting issues it’s just what happens now a days. The fact that Anet can’t do anything to stop it is the problem.

Holy hells, do we play the same CoD? Some days I cannot find a decent game without the wallhackers and the auto-aimers. It’s quite the opposite of a hack free game.
Well, I have seen the teleport hack and a lot of auto-playing by bot trains. Yesterday I reported a guy farming Penitents event (Blacktide) in full auto-mode. He died every time the mobs came but there was always some charitable soul that would rez him. He has been reported by dozens of people doing the event.

This is irrellivent, we’re past arguing the fact that they exist lol, they are there and you can see them at any point during the day or on youtube or on google. This isn’t a conspiracy theory and they are there and working and Anet is not doing enough to stop them.

I think most of the people have left really due to the focus in game purely going to fractals leaving the rest of the game world.
Btw.: There are some hacks missing in the above list. Among others “advanced radar” which shows you all players, npcs, entities and nodes in your area despite line of sight. Only thing you won’t see are invisible players, but everything else is visible. You can even distinguish between Mesmer illusions and real players.
Oh, and the g’old TP bots. They make a fortune thanks to HFT (high frequency trading. That bullkitten which also causes stock market to crash from time to time).
If you thought hacks didnt exist in other MMOs you were a fool.

@Magi….some might be because of bugs, but you can then technically exploit that bug if you know how it works.

Just because they are better than you doesen’t mean they are hacking lol, I get called hax all day on CoD by people like you. Now if your playing CoD 2 or something that clearly is no longer supported or moderated then your just being foolish to compare the two.

True I have not played since MW2, I was comparing my experience to WaW (a completely flawed yet personal favourite of mine).
I remember on the PC, AC130s with no cooldown on the rockets (or w/e they shoot), made for a crazy game. But that was PC, where I would assume it is easier to hack, no idea what happened after I stopped playing.
I am always amazed people can hack MMOs (or maybe they are just ellaborate exploits?) as the game is completely online and in A-nets domain.
