Hand armour is in the 3,000 AP chest, so you’ll get another Zenith skin at 2,000. Another at 4,000, so on..

Question to ANet is – Will it be possible to get ALL skins on one account?

Lol well if I lose my account for letting my son play around in the new event then I guess that’s life.

It would be very silly if they didn’t. There are already people at 11k.

why are the skins in the chest listed as soulbound? Why not just start as account bound?

Because you can loot an infinite amount on any character.

No, you can just get a second skin from your achievements panel right away. Or two. Or twenty. You chose your skin for the whole account, and then can generate it in infinite quantities on any character on that account.

In example: the first skin i got, i turned into PvP one and sent to collection pane. Then i generated another for my guardian and applied it to a GS. If i had wanted to, i could create more of them right away, for each of my alts.

You have picked 1 skin to unlock, you can get as many copies of that skin as you want from the achievements tab. Then when you get the next 1000 points you can pick a different skin and get as many copies of that as you want, and so on.
