Guild Wars 2

Been looking around at all the skins, both in the pvp locker and the video down below. What I notice was that a few weapons like the short bow, long bow, and shield had additional effects to them well the other don’t particularly the the lighten trail from the weapon movement. I was wondering where this is a bug, glitch, or something just not finished in the game yet. Have not been able to check the bows or shield in-game (everyone love there gs).

EDIT: Never mind just watched the video again and it only shines on first strike for the staff.

Ya, I was wondering too why only the shield and bows have trailing lightning effects where the other weapons do not. I hope they add trailing lightning to the rest of the weapons soon. Could a dev answer if we will be seeing those effects soon?

My shortbow leaves small, lightning-like trails and it glows stronger for about 1s everytime i fire an arrow. I thought all zenith weapons work like this ._.

Sadly, they do not all work like this. I really wish they did, I want glowing trails for daggers for my elementalist.

Please add lightning effects to the zenith hammer!

The Zenith Kris (dagger) is just awfull you can barely see the effects of it only when the weapon unsheath. Its too small and clips badly.. It seems us thiefs only have one decent looking dagger the Corrupted Shard 1 year after the game release.. dissapointing to say the least.

Best is still Ascalonian catacombs one (too big for my tastes)
second is zenith kris
third is fractal dagger

Best skins in game are the easiest to get

Seriously zenith skins are among the best in game imho even at legendary level.

Pretty please add those effects to all the weapons. I’m a tiny little asura and noone will ever notice my pistol if there’s not something extra to it.

Those skins look nice, but the effects are what makes them great. So please, this already exists on some weapons, add it to all of those zenith skins.

I find that it would be fair if every skin weapon have the same glowing effect =)

i was soo excited watching that video, knowing that we have sets of weapon that glows on attack.. turns out it’s only a few of them. until they finally add the effects to the rest of the weapon i think i’m gonna hold my last zenith chest for my zenith pistols

The arah dagger… it looks better than AC’s dagger 50% of the time, and has a prestige to it, still better than the zenith dagger…

Only a few of the weapons still have the proper particle effect. Can you fix the rest?
