Time to done the Dungeon that I want, the dynamic events that I liked and spend my gold with gifts to my Girlfriend!

Thanks to my girlfriend, friends, pugs, mobs, asuras…

My Legendary!

A good idea would have been to play the game with your girlfriend and do what you want, seeing the shiny legendary as a longterm goal on the road of fun.
But hey, congrats to your finished joyless grind… ^^

Oh I really enjoy the journey to acquire my legendary, just the Karma farm that is a little stressing.

If by dedication you mean buying gold from 3rd party sites then yey! No normal person would be able to get 2 legendary weapons in this short amount of time unless they got huge help from within the guild/other players/buying gems from Anet and converting them to gold or buying gold from gold sellers.

Maybe. But I hear people accusing traders (Including me) of buying gold, botting or cheating so often I’m a bit more prone to reserving judgement these days on how people got their wealth exactly. I think it’s doable if you traded the right stuff at the right time, maybe threw $20 into gems to kickstart your investment funds early in.

While you might be right and its not something I would ever do just for pixels… what does it really matter if this person has or hasn’t.
You made your post sound like a your butt hurt cos someone else might of chosen to utilise their own coin, playstyle, shortcuts etc to get what they want and has gotten something you really want but havent got yet, or took you a begrudgingly long time to get via the grind..
Try to remember that at the end of the day GW2 is not just a game for pleasure, its actually a business that has hooks in it to generate income. Without income, ya think they are gunna support it for your pleasure.. those days are long gone in MMO’s i’m afraid.
So whether this player used their own coin to buy gems/gold or utilised a 3rd party goldfarmer who really cares it doesn’t affect your game does it.. really.. really
