this skins replaces another piece of armor make it look like the selected skin, so…if u change the armor lost the skin package and u need to buy another one?

I asked someone who bought it and was told basically its up to you to transfer it from gear to gear as you progress via transmutation stones, which are awarded from chests (I think they still drop) and map completions (for sure).
