Guilds no longer gain Influence, they gain Favor.
Favor can ONLY be gained by doing guild missions. They’re free to start now, however.
If you’re the only one in this guild, I suggest you find the option to turn your guild mission preference to PvE only, and watch for Guild Trek to come up on the easy mission. A character with a lot of world completion and some luck can do this solo to gain some favor. If you don’t have good luck, just try again as it’s free to restart the mission.
However, you’ll only be able to make the basic guild bank, the two expansions are locked behind having and upgrading a guild hall. And for one person or a very small guild, that’s pretty much out of any reasonable reach.

It also now costs 50 gold for the first 50 guild bank slots. Quite an increase from the 1 silver at launch.
