The worst part is that up until E3, ANet literally stated that you NEEDED to buy the base game in order to play the expansion. Now they’re putting it in for free, despite the fact that a lot of people did what you did and bought the game in advance.

Yes, you played the game for nearly 3 years. Why is that ‘not anything’? A new player didn’t enjoy the game for 3 years. It’s like you would complain that a TV in 2012 was a lot more expensive than today and moan that people who buy this TV today got it cheaper.
The constant complaining about nitpicking and greedy behaviour of our kittening society kills my nerves.
